Moong dal dosa is also called pesarattu in telugu .Moong dal is, Packed with protein and low on carbs, moong dal (also known as green gram) is one of the most recommended vegetarian superfoods. An integral part of the Indian diet, it is extremely light and easy to digest.
Adding moong dal to your daily diet can have a range of health benefits. Moong dal helps enhance the functioning of the hormones. This yellow dal is rich in potassium and iron. The former helps lower blood pressure and protects against muscle cramping. It also helps protect the body against an irregular heartbeat. Moong dal is a nutrient-rich food. Moong dal is particularly rich in dietary fiber.

Green gram flour, Black gram flour, Jeera, Fenugreek and Spices.

Cooking Method
• Add 1 cup of Moong Dal mix in a bowl and add 1 to 1 ½ cup water, mix well to get the batter without lumps.
• Keep better aside for 60 minutes.
• Add salt, pinch of cooking soda and a little water to get the dosa consistency.
• Heat tava, sprinkle water on tava, spread batter on medium flame, add 1 spoon oil or ghee along the sides. Roast till brown, spread onion pieces and serve with ginger chutney or peanut chutney .
