Description
Vada is a delicious traditional breakfast, made easy with Ahalad vada mix. The main ingredient of this mix is split black gram flour i.e also called Urad dal.
Urad dal is known as split black gram. It is highly valued due to its numerous health benefits. This dal is one of the richest sources of proteins and Vitamin B. Urad dal is also good for women as it has iron, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, potassium which makes it a healthy pulse.
Ingredient: Urad dal flour and Black pepper powder
Cooking Method:
• Add water to Vada mix flour to prepare Vada mix batter.
• Keep Vada mix batter aside for minimum 8 hours for getting pluffy Vada.
• Add salt, green mirchi & ginger paste, coriander leaves and chopped onions to Vada mix batter.
• Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to get tasty & pluffy Vada.
• Heat oil and now pour flattened dough with middle hole into the oil.
• Remove when Vada turns to golden brown and then serve hot with any chutney.
